Abby Rodwell: DirectorAbby is currently undertaking her Doctorate in Board Leadership and Organisational Virtuousness (Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong) and has a Masters in Applied Science Coaching Psychology (University of Sydney), the first post-graduate coaching psychology degree in the world. Abby also holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and Human Geography and a Bachelor of Science and Technology majoring in Risk Assessment and Risk Management. Abby has extensive experience in Managing large-scale change and restructuring projects and has managed strategic partnerships, working closely with senior executives of major clients on large-scale restructuring projects. This has included managing strategic change, strategy planning, risk analysis and mitigation, communication processes, outplacement activities and executive coaching. In the past 11 years, Abby has managed and been directly involved in consulting on some of the largest and most successful restructures in Australia. These include the simultaneous restructuring of Johnson and Johnson Medical, and Johnson and Johnson Pacific. These large-scale projects involved on-site job search centres and individual outplacement programmes over 12 months, and included executive and manufacturing employees.
