Our consultants have project managed the simultaneous restructure of Johnson & Johnson Medical and Johnson & Johnson Pacific, both large-scale projects which involved on site job search centres and individual outplacement programs over 12 months, working with both manufacturing and executive employees.

PeopleNet’s principals were also responsible for the design and implementation of the large-scale restructure of Estee Lauder Pty Ltd at Rosebery.
